The LexBA exists to promote strong business in Lexington Park and is open to anyone who has a business interest within the area.

The goal of the LexBA is to promote Lexington Park as a destination to live, eat, play and shop. Joining together as one voice, business members hope to better represent the best interests of the business community and create an action plan for tackling top priorities as decided by its members.

Community Culture & Cuisine will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. in St. Mary’s Square in Lexington Park, MD! Join us as we highlight the diversity of cuisine, culture, community, entertainment, art, and more in Lexington Park and beyond.

We are seeking sponsors, cultural organizations, food trucks & booths, sales vendors, community groups and entertainers for our event!



drummers from the Piscataway Nation

Headlining the entertainment will be the Piscataway Nation Singers and Dancers, who will host an interactive traditional pow-wow featuring dance, song and drumming of the native Tayac people.

You’ll also see traditional Tinikling dance and Filipino Martial Arts from the Filipino American Association of Southern Maryland.

Scott Sanders of the Tobacco Barn Distillery will introduce the little-known history of bourbon distillers in Southern Maryland, while selling bourbon made from locally grown crops.

The Newtowne Players will perform selections from their hit summer musical Big Fish.

Additional entertainment is planned, and you won’t want miss it!
