upcoming EVENT:
COMMUNITY CULTURE & CUISINE
Join us for the Community, Culture & Cuisine event in Lexington Park on June 28, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Attendance is free!
This event will be held throughout the Lexington Manor Passive Park and will highlight our diverse and unique community. Our goal this year is to give event attendees an “around the world”
You can expect performances from many cultures around the globe, and an array of interactive activities for children and adults. You’ll also enjoy cuisines from around the world: jerk chicken from Jamaica, stuffed ham from St. Mary’s County, and everything in between!
Join us to celebrate the breadth of the world’s cultures right here in Lexington Park! We are looking for sponsors and entertainers to make this event a success. Sponsors should sign up using the button below. Entertainers can email us at LexingtonParkBA@gmail.com to inquire.

CREATE WITH US
Together with the St. Mary’s County Arts Council, the CCC offers interactive art opportunities. You can choose to make art and take it home with you, or you can contribute to lasting works that will be on display in the community. At last year’s event, we had a graffiti wall and mosaic that are still on display in the county. We also had a paint splatter shack and quite a few other interactive art opportunities for children and adults. You can expect the same level of creativity and fun at the 2025 event!
CUISINE
If you’ve driven the length of Great Mills Road, you’ll know that at the heart of Lexington Park, there are myriad cuisines from all over the world. We’ve got Puerto Rican, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese, BBQ, Filipino and much more just downtown. From lumpia to pho to lemonade, we’ve got it all! That’s what our festival aims to display: the depth and breadth of what Lexington Park has to offer.
Entertainment
In 2024, our event featured a signature interactive pow-wow from the Piscataway Nation Singers & Dancers. We had traditional dances from the Filipino American Association of Southern Maryland and another performance from Indian Cultural fusion dancers. You can expect these and more in 2025!
LOCATE THE CCC
We’ve moved to the Lexington Manor Passive Park (LMPP) because we outgrew our space in just one year! With over 1000 people in attendance, we’re ready for a new home.
PARKING
Parking will be located at Lancaster Park. You can walk through the beautiful landscape at the back of Lancaster Park and enter the CCC event through the passage to LMPP. For travelers, there is a bus station outside the Three Notch Theater, which is a one-minute walk to the CCC.
